Issues with eBay and the seller
I ordered a Xbox 360 X-plorer refurbished for $79.99 and I made it as a guest. The item was supposed to be here on the 18th of March. when I try to contact the seller eBay's website says I need to sign in but when I try they say my email doesn't exist.
So I tried to make an account but eBay's website says the email in question already exists.
I made a new email and made a new account so I could contact the seller and they never responded. I tried contacting the seller on 3/18/2020 and got met with needing to sign in and it did the same thing saying no account existed with the email address i just created for eBay and I have emails from eBay on that account saying thanks for making an account. So I tried making a new account again using that email that eBay says doesn't exist and the site tells me it's already in use.
All I want to do is have the seller tell me when this item is being shipped. According to the tracking UPS is waiting on the seller to send them the item. I would like the item and not have to submit a return and get a refund.
