Issues with creating listings

The past 2 times I have attempted to create listings, they keep looking like this when I look to see the scheduled listings:

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to get this fixed? I've been selling on eBay for years and this is the first time I've had this happen multiple times.

My photos are JPG with 300dpi. I work off of a laptop and not a phone. This is a fault on eBay as this only started to happen last month. I've been listing for the last 11 years without any problems.

Your photos need to be in JPG format. If uploading from an iPhone, they use the HEIC format, which has to be changed to JPG. Also, make sure the JPG is at least 150 pixels on the longest side.
