Issues with "buyer pays, calculated shipping" info on my listing

I listed an item with calculated shipping for buyers, which is how I always list. The item is large, but not overly heavy (it is a plastic blow-mold decoration). On the listing, it does not show estimated shipping costs. Instead it has "contact seller" in red letters. I had also wanted to offer buyer pick up for local people, but not exclusively.

I've never had this happen before. The shipping costs listed when I looked at shippers other than USPS ground advantage had estimates in the hundreds of dollars. That is clearly not correct. Other sellers are selling the same item, and they have shipping that goes from about $50 up to about $100 max.

Any suggestions? It seems like eBay is buggy, and the chatbot has no worthwhile suggestions.

If you are using calculated shipping on that listing, you need to enter the packaged weight (rounded up to nearest pound) as well as the dimensions of the box, rounded up to nearest inch. If the box exceeds 1728 cubic inches (12x12x12), there will be dimensional weight involved.
