Issues with a return/refund offer

I received a counterfeit item instead of the authentic item the seller listed. I requested Help and asked for a return/refund but the seller responded with only a 50% refund offer. If I decline, will EBay continue to help me with recovery of the full amount from the seller or am I just out of luck?

What reason did you give for the return? Was it Not as Described? If so, yes, you can decline the 50% offer. If the seller does not give you a 100% refund, or agree to accept the return and pay for a return shipping label, then on day 4 go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
