Issues with a purchase
I am having major issues with 2 purchases of furniture that I just made recently from 2 different sellers. The issues are not from the sellers, but from eBay and with transactions not showing, or false notifications of competing bidders, messages between myself and the seller disappearing, making it very difficult to complete the purchases.
I am unable to chat or speak with anyone at ebay.
Any suggestions?

Customer Service is open 5:00am to 9:30pm Pacific time.
If the problem is not specific to your account, you can ask your question here. Lots of experienced buyers and sellers who volunteer their time to answer questions about using ebay.

Mentor1 year ago@kacr4650 If you make a purchase not logged in to your eBay account then it won't be on your purchase history. We see this happen often where buyers accidently purchased with a Guest Account
Guest account purchases can not be merged with your regular eBay account. You are still covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee
