Issues with a eBay Live Sports Card Breaker
Summary: usas2071 shared a frustrating experience with a seller regarding poorly packed and damaged cards from a sports card breaker. They also received someone else's cards and are facing difficulties getting a resolution. The seller is uncooperative about compensating for the damaged cards and providing assurances on the condition of the retrieved items. Additionally, usas2071 is unable to resolve the issue through eBay's policy, as it does not cover their situation. They are seeking advice on how to address this problem, given their substantial investment in the cards.
I have never had a issue before but one breaker sent me a package that were poorly packed with damaged cards. The next package had someone else's cards in it. Though they are tracking down the cards, they are refusing to provide any correction to the damaged cards, video of the event (note that the purchase and event was days apart with multiple steams in-between), and will not make any assurances that if I get my cards that they would be in good condition. Given that ebay policy states they are not covered under any moneyback policy, I can't seem to find a way to get my problem addressed by eBay. Please help, I spend thousands on these cards and the seller will not assist outside the minimum.

You stated: "Given that ebay policy states they are not covered under any moneyback policy, I can't seem to find a way to get my problem addressed by eBay."
If Ebay stated they are not covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, then the problem can not be addressed by Ebay.
Contact the funding source you used to pay for the cards to inquire about a charge dispute.
