S taken off idk why because I can't fivure out how to fix it and also holding my money because of need more info but idk what information what do I do

You are a new Seller and will have your funds held for up to 30 days, eBay does that on new Selling accoutns plus on sales in excess of $ 1,000.00. Payments on hold | eBay
