Issues after returning cellphone under warranty.
Seller received the phone back that was completely locked up within the 1 yr warranty. I also included a return shipping label and box which was requested by the seller. Now the seller lost the return shipping label and box and wants me to replace it again. I told them I would not replace it again as they have cost me enough time being without a phone since late June. They can only respond to 1 question a day to drag the process out longer. I can't find a phone # for Ebay to actually talk with someone cause the return option only goes back to 120 days.

Mentor2 years agoIf you filed a Returns Request, printed out the return label and the seller has received the item back, s/he has 3 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
