Issued fund for the return but not receive the return merchandise
Ebay issued the fund for the return but the seller did not receive the return merchandise from buyer. The return probably lost. What should the seller do to recoup the loss?

Mentor2 years agoIf seller properly accepted the return, then seller should not refund, nor would ebay, until tracking shows the item was delivered to the seller. Seller needs to check things at his end and/or contact ebay.
