Issue with Undelivered Parcel – Order No. 09-12599-32034
The parcel we ordered from you was not delivered and was immediately returned. We did not receive any notification about this, the courier did not come, and the postal service support informed us that the address was supposedly incorrect. They also stated that we can only contact you regarding this issue.

You will need to contact your seller.
Go to your Purchase History, find the item and under "More actions" click on "Contact seller".
