Issue with Sold Items staying on you're Selling Page
Hi Ebay Community,
In 2020 after Covid I have been having trouble with item listing staying on my Selling pages once they are sold. Prior to 2020 once I sold an item it would automatically be removed from the Selling Page. Since 2020 I have had to remove them myself after selling because if I didn't they would continue to be offered for sale. I was just curious to know if any other sellers have had this happen to them. I've contacted Ebay about this having and they don't seem to know why? I think it maybe that Ebay needs to rebot some software on their website? I had to remove an item as recent as yesterday. Thank you.
