Issue with seller
Seller did not send all material. I have contacted seller and they agreed to send remaining items. They are now not responding and I cannot find how to contact eBay because item was delivered over 30 days ago

Mentor5 months ago@1017jes I am sorry that the seller stalled you out of your 30 day eBay Money Back Guarantee.
Unfortunately an eBay agent can not extend this time limit.
Your only option now is a chargeback with your payment method.
In the future if you have a problem with the order it is best to return the items for a refund at the sellers expense and then buy again if you wish to do so.
