Issue with seller
I used apple pay thinking it would update to the correct address like other sites. It did not and was shipped back to the seller. The item I purchased was with free shipping. Now the seller is stating my refund will be the amount I spent minus shipping he paid. If my item was free shipping how is that right? I cannot get a hold of ebay.

Your ship-to address was displayed for you at checkout. This should be reviewed each time you make a purchase.
The seller should only withhold the shipping from the refund if shipping was stated as a separate cost. Unfortunately, he takes the loss for the buyer's mistake when he offers "free" shipping.
