Issue with Seller
I just received an item that I won from an auction this past Saturday. The seller failed to mark the order as shipped and didn't attach the tracking number to the item. I contacted him multiple times until he responded this morning. He still hasn't done what I requested. Why can't I mark it as delivered on my end?

Only a delivery scan from the tracking will mark an order delivered. There is no mark as delivered or received function for either buyer or seller.

OP2 years agoYes, but he didn't attach the tracking number to the order, so it can't be marked as Delivered. It still says Paid. Not Shipped nor Delivered.

I understand. Still, the only way for it to be marked delivered is for the seller to enter the tracking #.

Mentor2 years agoIs the seller new? Once he figures out why he isn't getting paid, maybe then he will enter the tracking number into the transaction.
