Issue with Return
We purchased a raised bed from an open box dealer. Tye picture on the box shows the entire raised garden and it has 1/2 box. We received the package and it is missing major parts which would have been in another box. I contacted the seller and they are indicating that I need to pay for the return shipping which is about $70. They do indicate the buyer is responsible for shipping it back.....but the
only reason I am returning it is because tough to use 1/2 of a raised bed.
They did indicate if I kept it, they would refund $140. The transaction was $266.
How do I contact ebay about this issue?
