Issue with receipt
I purchased a textbook and need a receipt that INCLUDES all of the following information? Title and ISBN of the book Price Date of Purchase We have an issue with the code inside where it tore off some of the numbers, Our mistake. The company for will provide a new code IF and only IF I can provide a receipt from the seller with all of the above. The receipt I got via eBay did not include the ISBN. 😞 I sent the company the info, but they said it MUST be on a receipt. How do I get that? |
