Dear eBay Support Team,
I am writing on behalf of my store, regarding Order
[Removed by moderator] (Item: Genuine Samsung
Main Control Panel DC90-27228K).
I purchased and printed the shipping label
directly through the eBay platform. However,
the package has been returned to me by USPS
(Return to Sender) because they stated the
postage calculated and provided by eBay was
$2.00 short.
Since the label was generated by eBay’s
system, this calculation error is not our fault.
Our buyer (9360tom) still wants the item, but
we cannot reuse this faulty label or pay out of
pocket for a system mistake.
Please issue a new, fully funded shipping label
for this order immediately so we can ship the
item back to the buyer without further delay.Thank you for your prompt assistance.

Mentor4 months agoIf this was a label that you used to send a buyer the item s/he purchased, YOU are responsible for entering the correct weight and dimensions of the package. ebay uses that information to calculate the shipping to your buyer. Take the package to your local post office and pay the $2.00 due so they can send the package to your buyer.
