Issue with payment on refund
I opted in to refund buyer after returning. It gave me an error message but absolutely took to money from my account. My only option is to "try again", but I cannot afford to "try again". I don't want the buyer thinking I am ignoring her. Ebay supposedly tried calling me with correct phone number but my phone NEVER RANG.
