Hello, eBay Support Team,

I paid for the order in four installments via PayPal, and the first payment of $160 has already been processed. However, the seller informed me that they have not received my order, and I also cannot see it in my eBay account.

I would appreciate your help in verifying what happened with the transaction and how to proceed in this case.
