Issue with Listings Not Showing in Store After Suspension Recovery
Hello,
I recently had my eBay account suspended but have successfully regained access. However, when I check my eBay store, I notice that many of my listings are missing. Instead, I see the message "This store has no inventory available in your location."
Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue? Here’s what I've already tried:
- Checking if the listings are still active in my seller account.
- Verifying my account details and ensuring that there are no restrictions on my listings.
- Trying to access my store from different browsers and devices.
If anyone has any insight into why this might be happening or any steps I can take to resolve it, I would greatly appreciate it.

Is it possible that your listings all have a quantity of 0?
Check here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
Look at the Quantity column. If it says 0, you can edit it using the pencil, right there.

Thank you for your response. All of my active listings have stock, but they are still not showing in my store. When I regained access to my account, none of my inventory was listed, so I relisted everything. However, they are not going live on eBay. Every time I check "Seller's Other Items," it says no inventory is available.
Do you have any idea why this is happening? I appreciate your help.

If this has only been 2 days or so, it can take 24-36 hours after listing for your item to appear in search.
This is a normal review and indexing period, and your items will appear in search after that process. (I know it is unpleasant to wait.)
How long have you been waiting?
If it's been longer than 2-3 days, do you have any warning messages in your inbox from eBay?
What was the reason for the suspension?

Your items do appear in search, so I am a bit mystified why they aren't on your profile or in your store

It appears the listings are promoted and are showing.
I suggest you try a Bulk Edit to tweak every listing to raise or lower the price by .01 and see if your store populates.
