Issue with Inventory Display on Our Account
Hello everyone!
We've encountered a rather unpleasant situation in our store and we're seeking advice and experiences from other users. The problem lies in the fact that none of our products are appearing in the Inventory section on our account.
According to the documentation, all active offers should have relevant inventory, so it seems strange that our listings aren't showing up in the Inventory section.
We've reached out to customer support several times. Initially, we were told there was a technical issue with our account as our products weren't appearing in the Inventory section. They even promised to fix it within 48 hours, but nothing changed. Another time, we were told that this is a normal state, and that the Inventory section simply contains templates that can be listed for sale.
These two positions contradict each other, and we're left wondering whether there is indeed a technical issue with our account.
Perhaps some of you have encountered a similar situation or have experience working with the Inventory section on eBay? We would appreciate any information and advice regarding this issue.
