Issue with International Shipping for eBay Listings
Dear eBay Support Team,
I hope you are doing well. I am trying to purchase two items from your platform, but I see a message stating that the sellers do not ship outside the United States. Below are the links of the two listings:
I have already communicated with both sellers. They told me they have removed all restrictions and are now willing to ship to Saudi Arabia. They advised me to contact eBay to resolve this shipping limitation.
Could you please check and enable international shipping access on these listings so I can complete the purchases?

eBay customer service can not change a sellers shipping methods or country preferences.
The seller has to revise the listing and add international DIRECT shipping or correct the information in the shipping section so that EIS will apply. There currently is no shipping to ANY countries on this listing.
I can see that this seller IS enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program by checking other listings. I believe the reason that shipping program is not allowing it for ANY countries is because they have not entered the package weight and dimensions on the listing. They are using a Flat rate of $30 for US shipping
