Issue with International buyers getting message I don't ship to them
I've had two different buyers want to purchase an item but both are getting a message I don't ship to the UK.
I have no exclusions and can't figure out what the problem is. I am so frustrated as is the buyer.
Any ideas appreciated please!!

There are some items that UK doesn’t allow to be imported.
