Issue with eBay International Shipping not being available on all listings

I am enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program, but randomly some of my items will only show no international shipping. I've contacted customer service who couldn't provide an answer. I ended up unenrolling then re enrolling, which fixed the issues on all but one item. I had to end that listing and create a new listing. A month ago, all of my items were available for international shipping. Today when I checked each listing, I found 3 that will only ship to the US. Each listing shows it's enrolled. Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm sorry but the option to replay was not working until today.

I received a message from ebay that the reason some of my items cannot be shipped internationally is because they violate import policies in other countries. Here is an example of one of my items that doesn't qualify for the international shipping program:

CASE / New Holland Lock Part # 84349450 | eBay

Here is an example of one that does qualify:

R55002 Cab Door Latch for CASE New Holland | eBay

Very similar parts, both made in the USA, both in the same category, similar size and weight. It's very odd. Thanks for your interest in helping by the way.

This is now super odd. When I posted that link it would only ship to the US. When I went back to check, it then showed international shipping was available! LOL

For these two keep in mind that all items can ship to ALL locations due to import restrictions

This one does not have ANY EIS shipping, US only> https://www.ebay.com/itm/306903408935

That means that the EIS is blocking it and NOT a country.

This one is also blocked from EIS

I will take a look at this again in the morning when my brain is fresh because right now I am stumped.

It's now working this morning, so all is right with the world. I think it was a technical glitch and ebay just sent out their boilerplate response. Last time this happened I unenrolled from EIS then enrolled again and everything worked fine for months. Thanks for taking a look.
