Issue with changing from local pickup to delivery once paid for.
what do I do when I list something for local pickup and the buyer pays for it and now wants to pay extra to get it delivered to him.

Cancel the transaction as problem with buyer’s address, then relist the item with shipping and let them repurchase it.
