Issue with canceling and deleting the 0 In stock listing

Hello friendsI deleted ( end the listing) the one which is 0 in stock and now suddenly my performances is below the standard to eBay and eBay is sending me email that they will close my account. Now I am confused should I keep listing my items or ????? If any one know what to do in this situation please contact me thank you for your time really appreciate it

Hello Thank you for your response so quickly. Can you please tell me how to fix this ? I called ebay with the issue ebay told me they are going to give me a call in 48 hours but it's almost a month now ðŸ˜³ . When I end the listing they ask me the reason and I choice out of stock. I am not sure what I did wrong. Your help is greatly appreciated Best Regards.

Ending a listing doesn't put your account in jeopardy. Have you cancelled orders due to out of stock? Have you checked your seller dashboard? That tells all of your defects and shows your seller standing. You should be checking it often.
