Issue with canceled order and partial charge
I made an offer on Monday 19/01, which was accepted by the seller. I proceeded with the payment on Wednesday using my card and chose to split the total into four installments of €24.36 each.
However, the order was unexpectedly canceled. I tried to contact the seller again and remake the offer, but it was not accepted.
Despite this, the website still shows that the purchase was completed, and €24.36 has already been withdrawn from my account, even though the order appears to be canceled and the product is still available for sale.
I’m confused about the situation and concerned that I may be charged for an order I will not receive. I would appreciate clarification and assistance.
