Issue with buyers

I have been selling for about two months now, selling around sixty+ items so far, and now two returns. First return plates didn't match person's set. Issued a full return and a return shipping label. Person has not returned plates. Second return, 50+ year old countertop convection oven, pictures and video of it working, listed it as a fifty year old oven in good working condition. Person buys it, when they receive tries saying it was completely unusable and that I misrepresented it by saying it was clean. Well it was clean, not perfect, I never claimed it was perfect and told person that it is in good condition for the year. Well now I have already had a bad experience not getting my plates back and haven't heard anything back on my claim from eBay and so now I'm looking at being out of another item because this person is making a claim this unit isn't "clean" enough. I sold it well under what others are listing theirs for, because I was like this isnt mint but it is nice. I don't know I feel like I'm being took by these two returns and I'm fairly upset. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Issued a full return and a return shipping label.

That was a mistake. If you wanted the item back, you should have issued the shipping label and then waited for the item to be returned before issuing the refund. Once you issue the refund, the shipping label no longer works and the buyer is not required to return the item at that point.
