Issue with a return

Question

I bought an item from a seller that is very expired. They accepted my wish for a refund & asked me to print a shipping label but I don't have a printer. I emailed them 3 days ago & explained the situation that I don't have a printer & don't go out. I asked if they would send a postage paid, prelabeled box & I could have USPS pick it up & ship it back. I haven't gotten a reply. I just tried to call ebay & got nowhere. It's supposed to be done by the 18th so, any help would be greatly appreciated

I guess i'm screwed then unfortunately as I don't have anyone nearby to ask & I don't go out except to Dr. appointments & I use medical transportation. Thank you for your answer

You will have to use a friend's or neighbor's printer OR one in the public library. You also can ask the post office to print the label for you. I'm afraid you are expecting too much from the seller to provide a 'prelabeled box'. That is just not how things are done when buying online. I'm very sorry for your difficulties.
