Issue with a return
I made a purchase a few months ago and just got the boots out to wear them and they’re 2 different sizes. The seller said I could return them, but there isn’t an option on my purchase to return them or submit a report. What do I do?

Mentor5 months agoYou have waited too long to use the ebay return system. Open a return through the payment processor. Or if seller has the other correct matching boot, wait for that to be delivered then return the odd boot with a seller provided return label.

OP5 months agoBy payment processor, do you mean my credit card?
