Issue with a return
I'm trying to get an agent to call me about an issue with a seller that will not send me a return label, but the only option the chat gives me is to send an email!
How can I get an agent to call me so I can resolve my issue?

Here's how to contact eBay general customer service.
1. CLICK THIS LINK:

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief when you reply to the chat bot.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

The experience that I've had with returns is that since I accept returns, they are automatically accepted and I don't have to do anything. The reason you choose decides who pays for the return label. What is your reason for thinking that the seller hasn't accepted the return? What message are you seeing?

Mentor6 months agoWhen the seller sends you a label, it means the seller is paying for it. If you are paying for it, you must go to the post office or print one on USPS site.

OP6 months agoNot asking for the seller to pay.. I'll pay the return shipping if the seller will just send me a return label, but I have not gotten any response from them in 3 days. I just want to send my item back and get a refund.
