It may be quicker to ask your question here. We are experienced Buyers and Sellers who volunteer to help eBay members.
If the Buyer opened an Item Not as Described refund request, even if it's not true, the Seller needs to accept the return and provide a prepaid return label or a refund. Once the item is returned, the Seller will only have three business days to issue a full refund.
