Issue with a buyer for the first time! I believe he is missusing the money back guarantee policy
Hello, I need some advice!!
This is my 2nd return. I provided a full refund on the first one no problems and told him to keep the card and I was so sorry if it was damaged, he said that it had some scratches. It was in a penny sleeve and hard top loader when shipped in a bubble mailer. I still gave them a full refund & maintained my 100% positive feedback as a seller!
in this 2nd case however, I believe that the buyer is missusing eBay’s policies to get the items for free. I sent exactly what was listed, my listing states 25 packs, 3 cards in each, 75 cards total. Listed for $15. Buyer offered $250 for the 25 packs I accepted and shipped immediately. Today the items arrived and he is stating they are not as described and that I owe him 600 more packs and initiated a return.
I do accept returns for damaged items etc.
I do not feel right accepting this return I feel like he is being unfair. What should I do?!
