Issue with 1 item purchase every 10 days

I've tried to work with customer service on this & supposedly the problem isn't with my listing (203884548498-single Riddell NFL tracker helmets). I have a customer whose last purchase from me was more than 2 years ago (the last NFL primary helmet change was 2024). He tried to purchase 6 items from me just now & got the message about only allowed to purchase 1 item every 10 days. I have tried putting them on the exempt list before but it seems that isn't working any longer. Can anyone please advise? Thanks in advance.

Mentor3 weeks agoThe exemption list should override any restrictions, however you might want to change your Buyer Preferences, which is where this restriction is set.

OP3 weeks agoCan you put only so many buyers on the exempt list? I tried to put this buyer on my exempt list 2x & it doesn't appear to be saving.

Mentor3 weeks agoTry another browser to rule out a browser issue.
Copy and paste the username to rule out a transcription error. Note the list is alphabetical, so if you add a username to the end of the list, it will be moved to another spot in the list to maintain the alphabetical order.

OP3 weeks agoI tried that just now. I also noticed there was a deleted person on the list so deleted that also.
