Issue wit a return , and refund
I brought a item from China, it's not wht it said it was . The return for the refund is more then the item. And ebay as does nothing to help, keep giving me the spin, they let the return date run out like they where going to help, and I ask numerous times to speak to a supervisor, it falls on deaf eyes!! I've been a 8yr member and this how u treat ur subscribers.

I’m sorry you had trouble with the return process.
Once a return request is open, and the seller cannot send a label, you needed to go to your request and use the ‘ask us to step in’ option. The seller would have been directed to send you the funds for the return shipping. Depending on the value, he might have chosen to just refund your payment.
Since the return time has run out, call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not as described.
