Issue trying to send offers
For the past 24 hours, I have been unable to add coupons or send offers in the seller's hub. Every time I try, it says it can't be done due to an unknown error. I can't find where to report it to eBay, so it can be fixed. Is anyone else having this issue, or do you know where to notify eBay?
