Issue returning an item
Hello
I am having an issue returning an item that I received damaged. The item weights about 200lbs. Return was being processed. Seller sent a return label but it was for "ground" shipping. Fedex says the return label must be a "freight" label and I can not drop it at a Fedex location because of it weight. Ive notified the seller again with the issue and they sent me the exact same label and told me to drop it at any Fedex location.
Any ideas?
