Issue on buying with eBay coupon
I bought an item with coupon (valid and stated it is applied at check out), but I did not get discount. (I can provide screenshots).
When I contacted the seller, it was offered by eBay, and I was told to contact eBay. Now I cannot find eBay contact of rep/human (Automated chat has nonsense loop and gets nowhere...).
What can I do? Can the community possibly help me, please?
