Issue - Listing of Product Resulted in Selling Outside eBay Violation
I listed a Portal TV Model number LW61NS SKU 810387030183 and it resulted in a violation of the above policy. I used only the text and photos that were on the actual package, which did include mention of social media platforms as the product was hardware for making video calls on smart TV using those platforms, which I am afraid to mention because I don't want to get into any more trouble. I noticed that other sellers were listing this exact product, so I don't know what the problem is. I addressed this issue but didn't receive a response in 3 days. I am less concerned with selling this project than I am with having a black mark on my account. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you so much.

OP1 year agoThank you for your response. I didn't put the SKU number in the add text and only included it in my question so others could look at the item I tried to list, but the photos did show all the data about the product including mention of the platforms and trademark language for those platforms.

OP1 year agoMostly, I am looking to have this violation removed from my account. I used the Chat and was told to file an appeal, but no response yet. Is there something else I could do? Thank you.
