Issue Linking my Bank to Payouts Help!

Question

I bank with Navy federal and I tried 4 times to link it to my pay out. Call my bank each time to see if any micro deposits. I would call my bank on the 4th to 5th day giving eBay enough time to send it in. My bank each time I called told me no deposit where made.

I had talked with 4 different customer support each nice enough to help and gave good rating to for trying to help me.

If my bank is the issue then why is it a selection amount the other bank on the menu to add?

Now I'm gettin frustrated and desperate for help?

I tried to make sure all of my info is the same as my bank info form name to address and routing number and account number.

Any suggestions?

That's a credit union, not a bank, and some have had problems with them.
