Issue
If you have an issue with a return and ebay steps in and gives a refund because the seller didn't respond to any communications do you keep the item?

·2 years agoUsually if Ebay has to step in, they don't require you to return the item.
The seller might still want the item returned, but there's noting they can do but ask you to return it.
If they do, have them send you a prepaid shipping label.
