Is your platform so irresponsible?
Why am I a buyer? The seller can say at will that I have used his things and only refunded half of the money to me. You don't intervene. How can I trust your platform to buy things in the future?

IF the item was used and not in the condition it was when the seller shipped it, the seller can deduct an amount from the refund.
According to Ebay: "It's the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the item is returned in the same condition, and ensure that it's packed properly and protected during shipping. If the item is returned used or damaged, the seller may qualify to deduct an amount from the buyer's refund to cover the loss in the item's value."
