This was going from New Jersey to Maine. It was in Maine, then it was sent to New York. USPS Ground Advantage is a horrible service.

I know that example looks bad, but very rarely a package will be mis-routed which may be the case here. Sometimes packages are re-routed due to severe weather. Sometimes there is a sorting error. When those things happen, it can take time to get the package back on track. Out of more than 77,000 orders shipped, I have only had that happen a couple of times. I consider that VERY good service.
