is tracking working on ebay?

Tracking is NOT working. We have proof from postal service, they gave me copies of tracking showing the tracking as scanned in at our post office. Now I must contact customers and ask them to go to USPS site to confirm shipping. Another problem with ebay.

@oletooks I do not see an Open Alert Number for this issue on the Current known technical issues post, but I did find this post from yesterday on the >>> Shipping Discussion Board You can "Report a technical problem" to eBay. Go to the > eBay homepage and find the ? icon in the bottom right hand corner of the home page:

When AWS was down on Monday, USPS interface with 3rd parties such as eBay and Etsy was down. I know this since I had several packages that were scanned, but didn't show on that day. Those scans are updating and will have the correct acceptance day as the internet problems resolve.

Buyers can click through to the USPS site right from eBay by clicking on the tracking number.

I know this is frustrating.
