Is this the new eBay guarantee? Seller Threatens me and can scam with the help of eBay?
 
Don’t think I ever had to use the eBay guarantee before but I didn’t know it came with such advise as to hurt myself after asking a seller to ship my item 2 weeks later. eBay is still giving this seller time to ship at this point can be trash to me and take my money. Great service by eBay. Also wonderful that someone who essentially threatens me knows where my family and I live.

I'm sorry this is happening to you.
Sellers cannot delay shipping without a serious defect to their account. All this Seller had to do is decline your request and ask if you wanted to cancel.
Ebay has a Report feature in eBay messaging. It's either under the Action menu or the three dots in the upper right. Please report the above message. Ebay will then be able to read the other messages between you.
I would also message eBay on one of their social media platforms. You could ask them to cancel the sale and refund.
