It says in the Item specifics "Number in pack 5", and it should say that in the Seller's Description as well. Before buying from any high volume seller with less than a 98.6% rating, you should check their feedback profile page and click on the numbers of negatives and neutrals they've received, to read only those comments.

If the seller is registered in China, I wouldn't buy the nuts from them. Chances are the nuts are not actual OEM Ford parts, and the chrome will start peeling within a year if the weather in your area has extremes of heat / cold.

Any real U.S. based seller would call those "Lug Nuts" and I do not see an item location given on that listing, both indicate chines seller to me.
