Paid for items August 6th. A week later and a shipping label hasnâ€™t been printed so I message seller asking for an update on shipping. No response. 10 days and I message again asking if they are there. Nothing. Still not label printed. eBay says itâ€™s too late to cancel order.

oh. And they rated me as a good communicator.

What is the estimated date of delivery, as shown in the Order Details in your Purchase History/ Has that date passed already?

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
