is this listing misleading? Looking for community / Ebay to weigh in
hey all - I really was looking for eBay to weigh in on this - but I cannot find a way to reach them without a robot./sidechat.
tell me what you think of this listing we bought.
we were under the impression that we were buying 3 lights - not 1 light.
even description speaks plural / as a set or lights.
not 1 singular - so we overpaid for 1 light fixture-
here is the eBay link.
love to know if I am crazy or not.
I have not contacted seller because clearly there is a discrepancy ..and apparently no other fixtures.
thank you

Both the title and description include 3 lights, not 1 light. Your seller is inexperienced, so he also listed as a quantity of 3.
I would return the 1 list for a full refund at the seller’s expense, since he has probably shipped the other 2 to other buyers.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. In the comments write 1 light received, title and listing say set of 3 lights.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he cannot send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

You can try messaging the seller. Perhaps the other buyer(s) will return them, then you could repurchase all 3. Although if he was expecting $1,500 for the 3 would you still want them?
You have 30 days after receipt to open a return, so you have a little time to negotiate.
