I have an old box of parts just like this most builders do. Its a box of junk, old sata cables a wifi antenna m2 drive screws lol used fans and no radiator or pump/water block what a Kraken x63 is is a cooler for a cpu.....idk it just rubbed me wrong then states whats in pick s is included then the buyer pays return shipping? a noob could easily get burned Thoughts? I feel its deceptive and predatory.

Whether something constitutes false advertising depends on what the buyer receives.
eBay has a money back guarantee for items that are not as described. The seller is responsible for return shipping if the seller wants the item back. Buyers should familiarize themselves with eBay's money back guarantee.
