Is this eBay real policy?
I bought a lot of jewelry. I was supposed to get it a day after my birthday and it I got an email saying that it arrived and it wasn't at my front door. So I check my neighbor's yard and I called eBay and actually got right through to eBay when it was regarding this package being missing. The help that I received over the phone seemed very nice and genuine I was frustrated because it was a birthday present for myself so I just said you know what just refund the money I didn't even know if I was getting $180 worth of stuff I'd never bought this before so in my frustration it being after my birthday I canceled it. Then I called the seller same day text her tell her that I changed my mind I can't get back a hold of eBay for whatever reason but yeah and they had told me that don't worry about the shipping that it was going to be covered that they would get the parcel back out to me. I was a little confused because I never changed my address in my eBay account I checked it My address was right because they told me that the address was wrong on my package. The seller showed me the same thing literally she'll never even seen the address before in my life that it was sent to she actually sent me the package back. In response to her and my communication eBay had contacted her and after them and I speaking and everything seemed to be okay initially they told the seller to keep the product and keep my money and they would back her 100%. Now my question to you is your policy eBay to tell the customer that bought something and there was a wrong address and that you were going to fix it and you were going to refund my money 100% and then you were going to make sure that I got that parcel back to you told the seller in less than 24 hours to keep my money and keep the product and you would back them? Now just to let you know the seller did send me the package without charging me extra shipping and then warned me about what was going on I was in shop! And all this conversation is on our eBay account in the message section. Very very very very crooked and shady!
